Mirav Amir, member of the Coalition of Women for Peace, launched the campaign “who profits”, focused on exposing the Israeli occupation industry. “In exposing companies and corporations involved in the occupation, we hope to promote a change in public opinion and corporate policies, leading to an end to the occupation” said Mirav.
The Coalition of Women for Peace is a leading Israeli feminist peace organization dedicated to the ending of the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, Gaza and the Golan Heights and aiming to achieve a fair peace in Israel/ Palestine.

A journalist, Angela Lano, comes back from Gaza and tells us about her experience and impressions about the trip. She visited the Occupied Territories right after the truce which followed the attacks of December 2008.
A translator from arabic into italians working with her, Abdel Ali’, talks about his working experience in the field of journalism and about his considerations about Italian news media.
Angela Lano is editor-in-chief of the press agency InfoPal, web magazine based in Italy. The mag is focused on palestinian issues and the staff is composed of by italian and palestinian editors. Abdel Ali’ works as a translator for InfoPal.
