In this episode we are going to remember Wael Zuaiter, the well-known Palestinian intellectual and translator who lived in Italy in the early 70’s. He was assassinated in Rome in 1972, thus sadly becoming the first intellectual to be killed in Europe during the Mossad Operation Wrath of God, the violent yet unpunished reaction of the slaughter of Israeli athletes during the Munich Olimpyc Games.
During his permanence in Rome Wael became friend of the left wing “intellectual elite” and led many Italians into a deeper consciousness of the Palestine cause.

Radiodervish is a music band born in 1997 at Bari, in southern Italy, from the artistic partnership between Michele Lobaccaro and Nabil Salameh who was part of the older group called “Al Darawish”. The band now is very wellknown in Italy and is considered as a peace ambassador between european and arabic sides of mediterranean sea.
