Pyn, the Palestinan Youth Network, is an organization gathering the Palestinian youth all over the world. This network tries to create a strong palestinian youth movement to support their cause. Saif Abukeshek
is the Pyn’s general coordinator. “We are more than a solidarity movement” said Saif “we are a real Palestinian movement, although we don’t live in Palestine”. Every year Pyn organizes an international
summer meeting. This year the camp will be held in Syria from July 24th to august 8th. “This summer camp is aimed at exploring what Palestinian identity is and how it is represented and understood among various
Palestinan communities. Last summer more than 150 youngsters participated, we hope that this year’s edition will be successful as well” .

One of the goals of The Palestine Solidarity Campain, a UK-based NGO network, is to monitor the EU policies towards Palestine. During the last election campaign for the European Union Parliament this NGO mapped the political stand of all candidates in regard of the Palestinian issue.

Many are the Palestinan professionals working in the healthcare system in Italy. Most of them the large number arrived in this country in the ’70s, when many were the students moving from the Middle East to Europe.
A mutual exchange of knowledge between Italian and foreign doctors as well as between Italian doctors and immigrant patients daily takes place.
On such common ground new experiences and medical knowledge are aquired and cultural integration is motivated.
Doctor Khaled Rawash, guest of this episode of The Real Shabab, reports his personal and professional experience on the subject.
