[Episode 60]

Checkpoint 303 is a Palestinian-Tunisian-French band. “The music we play is based upon the recordings performed in the streets of the occupied territories” told us two members of the group during their visit in Italy, in May 2009. “We use those sounds mixing them with electronic music. The goal is to speak in different ways about the daily life in Palestine”. In this episode, you will listen to “Calling Gaza”, one of the latest success of Checkpoint 303.
